Just got the same call. I tried calling back on another phone but got recording saying the number not valid and to try dialing again.

Auto call claiming to be from MicoSoft, stating my computer was generating error messages. Hold for a MicroSoft technician. Microsoft does not make unsolicited calls

Auto call claiming to be from MicoSoft, stating my computer was generating error messages. Hold for a MicroSoft technician. Microsoft does not make unsolicited calls. When I called the number back, the number had been disconnected.
