Woman called wanting to speak to the person in charge of HR management and workshops. I asked her what she was calling regarding, she repeated herself. I managed to get her to say it a couple more times, each time she sounded like she was confused. I told her she wasn't being specific, what did you need? A name, a phone number an email? What exactly are you calling for?  She said she was calling to introduce her company and offer HR a better way to do workshops. I told her this company has less than fifty people, we don't do workshops or formal meetings. She had no idea what to say.  I hung up on her.
