12/08/16  12:47  PST  Who the heck is this person?  Don't know who he is, number is unfamiliar and no number left.  Probably a contractor of some sort and once again, I am first to report a new number here.  Will give it the benefit of the doubt and not block this time.  Perhaps a mis-dial since my number is very similar to a local business.
