They called hung up and when I called back the message said," configure your numbers url to change this message we will be more than happy to help in your development" click then it hangs up. I called from a different phone (949)245 6365 got same message.

This is a telemarket scammer. The caller says, "I understand that you are looking to have some work done on your house [sic]." When challenged he became angry. He asked for my fiance's mother which my phone is not hers. She just listed her house, so I can conclude that this is a scam. The call ended when confrontation ensued.  When I called the number back, I got a computer generated message. If they call you, tell them to fu_k off and hang up.

I have been getting calls from these people under several different area code 949 phone numbers. Sick of it. They always start out with "I spoke to you previously about doing some work on your house." And I simply reply, "No you didn't" and hang up. Get it, guys? I'm not buying anything from you!!!!

they claimed to be a construction company that had my city's name in it.. total lie.  Said I had talked to them back in January and had plans for home improvements but they were on back burner then.. total lie.  Be friendly, ask them for their contractor's license # and then report them to your state Board.

I've received several calls from this number; I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  After reading the above comments, I will continue to ignore them.
