This number is from a Cpap company for sleep apenea machines. They are located in Santa Ana, Ca.
The name of the company is Americare Respiratory Svc Inc. I found the number on mrnumber.com

They called my number. I answered , they were talking to someone in their call center. They hung up and then I received an email immediately after they hung up. They are trolling for victims.

I had the same experience. I answered and nothing but silence and someone talking to another in their room but apparently not paying attention to the phone. I hung up and the number is now blocked.
