Every time I answer they keep hanging up on me

a young lady asked me if i wanted to go to college...i said im not sure then she hung up. so i have no idea...

Picked up and they hung up

They've already called 3 times today. The first time I answered and it disconnected as soon as I said hello. Got a call about 30 minutes later from a different number (877-543-2655) that was asking me if I wanted to go to college. Judging by madi account above, could these 2 numbers be related?

I've gotten two phone calls from this number today and as soon as I say hello they hang up. I'm hoping for a call from an employer so it's really annoying.
