Called but hung up when I answered.

I received a phone call from them on my cell phone at 9:20 pm on my cell phone.The first time they hung up then i called back and they said they was lending tree kind of suspicious at 920 at night.

I just got a call from this number.The man ask for me by name and when I replied,he hung up the phone.
That was very scary and creepy.

I received a call from this number at 11:29am and spoke to someone who told me that they were from Lending Tree.  He stated that I filled out an application on their website, which was true, for an auto loan.  He then asked if I was still interested in a loan and after confirming that I was, told me that I would be receiving an approval with their terms via email in a couple of hours.  That was 4 days ago and I haven't received anything from them.  Checked my junk mail and nothing.  The caller sounded believable on the phone, but after not receiving any response, I question its validity.  If anyone else can confirm whether they visited lendingtree.com prior to getting the call, that would be helpful.
