These guys just tried to scam my grandmother. they wanted her name date of birth and asked if she could verify her ssn for the insurance. I got on the phone and asked what pharmacy he was calling from, he then hung up on me.

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Unknown no. to me so I just let it ring; they hung up after 4 rings!  That's all I seem to get is robo scam calls, etc.!  Yep, the DNC list is USELESS!
