Yeah, they're getting inventive now!!  "We are the IRS, and we're going to SUE you !!!"..
Poor older folks will get taken in by this lie..
Remember, for anyone reading this  (and please forgive the "shouting"):  THE IRS WILL NEVER CALL YOU AND SAY THEY'RE SUING YOU. THEY ALWAYS SEND [CERTIFIED] LETTERS!!!
