CID "FL ST DEPT OF H".  Rang twice, disconnected.  Using area code and exchange number to appear as "local call".  Using CID to make it look official.  We've received a rash of this type lately.  One number was from a government agency, another from a deceased individual.  Spoofed numbers.  Blocked.
