caller id "Name Unavailabl". Made the mistake of answering. Asked for me by name. Wouldn't say who was calling only "I want to speak to you about your upcoming electric rate increase....". SCAMMER! They try to sell you useless overpriced products and services to "save you money" on your electric bill. I get these same calls from other numbers although I never answered (thanks 800 Notes for letting me know who they are). They are either selling you garbage you don't need, or they will take your money and do the work without permits, or take your money and run (with a caller id would you trust your money to them???), or they will rip you off with their "modifications" and keep calling you for more afterwards........... the scam possibilities are endless..........
