This number keeps calling me and asking for money.

I've received calls from this organization before but the last two nights they don't say anything.  I've said not-so-nice things these last two times.  I'm guessing they get paid for calls, not for responses.  They know I don't want them to call, but a dial and an answer probably results in a hit for compensation purposes.  The FCC has undoubtedly had a gonadectomy resulting in a serious case of erectile dysfunction.

This telephone number keeps calling our telephone.  I do not answer, but I believe that it has to do with a scamming technique.

I have received numerous calls from 941-209-1239.  I finally answered one on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
It was a recording saying that he was calling on behalf of the Sheriffs and Police Association.  It obviously was an Afro-American Man on the Recorder.  I basically lambasted the [***] although I knew that I was talking to a machine, but I am sure the person was listening to the recorder.  No doubt this is a SCAM ARTIST.

Ok.... I've read thru 3 pgs of complaints regarding the # (941) 244-8416. They call DAILY. I dont pick up. From what I understand is that even if you block them - they still call. Also... if we are on the 'do not call list' and they still call - that must be because they are not a legit organization. I have seen comercials saying that if you get unsolicited phone calls you can sue them. Why hasnt any body tried to seriously track these people down... is it because they cannot be  - due to not being a real organization? I just get frustrated that these people scam the elderly who fall prey to wanting to help the police department. Has ANYBODY tried anything ? Thanks.
