Yeah, they want their money right away, meanwhile I have to go to a specific place on my lanai to make a freaking phone call!!  I might as well use two cans and some string...I'd get better reception AND save a ton!!

Have called 10 times today, literally. And I'm not even late. Even got a text asking if bill would be paid on time. Seriously? Ready to switch over this!!!
