they have called several times so I called them got a voice mail of course but by being patient I followed the prompts & signed up for the do not call list they said it will take 72 hours to take my number off the list so if they call me next week I will report them.
I think they get away with calling people on the do not call registry by claiming to be a non profit organization.

Received a call from this number at 8:50am today.  Immediately addressed me by my first name as if we were old friends, said the call was on behalf of police and firefighters and then stated "the reason for my call is..." (as if I did not know).  Talked fast and I had to almost yell to get him to shut up long enough to tell him to not call the number again.  They raise money to pay themselves for making these irritating and unwanted calls.  They don't donate squat to anything but their pockets.

First call from this number. Showed up as "Local Call" but not local area code. I did not answer and no msg left. I blocked number after seeing call history here.
