they have called several times so I called them got a voice mail of course but by being patient I followed the prompts & signed up for the do not call list they said it will take 72 hours to take my number off the list so if they call me next week I will report them.
I think they get away with calling people on the do not call registry by claiming to be a non profit organization.

The DNCR does not apply to charities. Unfortunately I believe there are those that use loopholes such as this to operate a scam.
