Telemarketer for an insurance company

This number called me 4 times within an hour. I never answered the first 3 times and they didn't leave a message. The fourth time I answered. The gentleman with the accent asked if he was speaking with me, so I asked why he was calling. He said something about a online car insurance quote that I inquired about. I said "No I did not, please do not call me again." I have had the same insurance broker for the past 8 years, so I have no idea where they got my name and number.
