Caller ID says "Out of area," and since the Area Code displayed is, in fact, in my area, one thing is clear: Clowns are back on the job harassing people with a giant helping of baloney. Fortunately, my online call-blocking service already had the number on their black list and stopped them after one ring. Hallelujah!
