i too got a call from this number claiming the IRS sueing me they also tried several months back everybody knows this is a scam... personally im tired of these scammers screwing with peoples lives they most think we are all idiots  these people should be held accountable & prosecuted   im sure many people like myself would support prosecuters if called upon to help them put an end to the nonsense   life is to short for fake scammers to be waisting peoples time... get a real job & go to work like the rest of us!!
