Several calls. No message

I kept getting calls from this number, but they never left a message. I decided to call back and it's Time Warner wanting to talk about promotional offers in my area.

We have Time Warner Cable.  We pay our monthly bill and are current and have been always - we don't need anything beyond the service we have now, we don't have a need for more service.  STOP CALLING US.  I WILL CONTACT THE KANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL TOMORROW!  NO S*%T!  One more call and we're ATT customers!
