Called them back. Voicemail said it was Diversified Consultants, Inc. (T-Mobil/Sprint Division)

bill collector!!!! for phone carriers

They call me up to 6 times a day... I'm assuming it's t mobile considering I voided a contract and other people say it's phone carriers.
