It's GE Money Bank. They service innumerable credit cards and other loans, and they use multiple phone numbers, I imagine so you may answer just one. The reason they likely hang up is because they use an auto-dialer and if an answering machine picks up, it disconnects. If you were to answer the call, they would connect you with a live person. Problem is, I think the collectors may use a 3rd party agency, because my account is under a debt management program and they continue to call, so their information is not current.
