This is a new idiot on the scammer scene. The Caller ID says it is from Miami Valley Hospital, a major hospital group in southwest Ohio, but it isn't. It's that b*tch Rachel from "Cardholder Services" trying to scam anyone answering the call. IGNORE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
