We just got this number on our phone on my dad's birthday and the caller id said happy b day and it was his birthday ... and there was no one on the other line

It's some kind of H&R Block advertising scheme. I didn't answer it, but they left a message singing happy birthday and at the end it said it was H&R block, who did my taxes last year, and they noticed it was my birthday.
