A man who speaks with a thick accent claims he is from the Kissimmee police dept and needs me to call this number back and that itis in a federal claims court? What the heck is this? I checked and I have NO court dates in any kissimmee court.

This happened to me too!!!  Did you find out anything???

I just received a phone call from an officer Brian Reed who states that he was with my Local Police department.  I called my local Poplice department and there is no Office Brian Reed.  Mr. Reed also said that I had a warrent for my arrest and when i called my local Police department there had been no warrent issued.  The Local Police Department said that this was a hocus and not to call that number or give him any money.

I just received the same call and message, also for Kissimmee.  The caller ID on my phone came up as 911 both times this guy called.  Same story, supposedly federal claim, referring me to the Federal Claims Court, but the phone number he gave me to call back is in Ohio... And I love in Florida.  Federal court for Florida doesn't operate out of Ohio, Genius.  Also, when I called the "Federal Claims Court", instead of an official greeting or an automated phone menu, some guy answered "Good morning, the FCC, how may I assis you".  As with the other posters, I have no pending litigation or outstanding warrants, of any kind.  Total scam.  The REAL FCC in Washington DC has been notified.

I received a couple of calls from these people claiming that I was going to have to pay or go to small claims court or be arested, all this was left in a message, I was watching the news and just so happen to see a lady that actually paid the money and still was receiving the phone calls which is a scam...if you took out a paid day loan that is how your information is giving out in most cases........please do not give these people any of your money it is a scam...
