Reverse number look-up on White Pages says the company is called Level3 VoiP in Fairborn, OH.  Person tells me they are from Hyland Vacations and my number popped up to win a vacation somewhere.  Person tells me I filled out an application for this free vacation at a supermarket or mall about a year ago.  Not true, not interested, but the person was very rude and weird.  Seemed fishy.
