Not too sure what they're wanting but I will be blocking the phone number. I've heard of the new scam with automated messages asking general 'yes' or 'no' questions to be used as your agreeance elsewhere.

I answered. I never answer these unknown calls, but I thought, why the heck not today? It was a recording that took at least 5 seconds to start the message... such a long pause. The recording said, Hi, this is dealer processing calling regarding your vehicle warranty. This is the point I hung up.
