Mrs. Russell asking to return call about a gas supply bill. Reference number E00934.  No idea what this scam is about.

Very muffled voicemail.  Same message as everyone else has reported.  I dont have an utilities in my name as it is also she doesnt state where she is calling from.  Very sketchy.  Has anyone called back?  What does she say then?
