Foreigner calling from Fairborn, OH. This has to be a cell phone number.
Anyway, there was this loud doop sound, then this man started talking as fast as he could "Hello, my name is Stephen & I'm calling in regards to _____"
He mumbles & slurs part of that last unknown word & doesn't finish saying it & hangs up.
Sounds like a scammer to me.
