CID lists Congressman Joh.  Called after 8pm about politics. The election is over can these calls stop already?!?!

If you're answering the calls in any way, they're bound to keep bothering you. Make sure there's no kind of answer on your end if you can and see what happens, or consider a call blocker/app. Numbers that have no kind of answer become a waste of their time to mess with.

My Caller id lists Congressman Joh. I googled it and it's John Boehner. I thought he quit politics. I deleted the voicemail message. I have no interest in listening to political calls ever. I would have reported him if he called a few minutes later.

If you've got an automatic answer taking the calls, they'll believe a live voice may eventually be reached. You'll want to let the phone ring if you can.
