This number started showing up 2 weeks ago, no one will speak when I answer and they will leave no message on my machine. This is harrasment!

Have been receiving calls from this number for a while ... I said "hello" today and the guy on the other end repeatedly said "hello" as if I called him! Agree with Moe! Why is there a "do not call" list when companies still do it?
