Don't know what caller wanted but I have reported call as I'm on the do not call list.

They were taking a survey.  I did not stay on the call long enough to find out what the survey was about.

9pm on 09/15/15 received call from ssi. no one online,but a lot of background noise

Caller ID said SSI.  I don't usually answer calls from unknown numbers, but since it was a local phone number (same area code), I answered.  No one on the other end.  Silence.  I hung up.

Vehicle warranty scam call.  Real vehicle warranty companies don't cold call you.
