CRIMINAL TELESCAMMERS.  First calling from 440-290-5101 Mentor, Ohio, to call Mollie Wallenski.  Gives no company name or affiliation, or my name, or reference what dispute is.  Calls corporate cellphone, not in my name, and says my name, phone, and SSN has been involved in credit default, and to call Fraud Diversion Unit immediately to pay up.

Threats of arrest, service of process, same old, same old.  Ignore and block any calls from these numbers or these groups.

I called that number back and yhe scary thing is she had all me information lol. But! I know for a fact i never have used a payday loan!! She drooped 2 names that I knew and one was a co-worker. I would only use her as a job reference!  Don't fall for this crap

I was transferred to 2 different people.  The last person I spoke with was very rude and had my social security number.  I wanted to know how she got this information and wanted it in writing.  This is totally a scam and they said that it is involving Valley Bank.  Please help.

I have been receiving the same calls stating if I don't call back today I waive my right to counsel.  I recall a scam call several years ago and called my attorney and he said google the # with complaints behind it and never pay anything over the phone, if its legit let them take you to court and that is what I tell them.
