Actually, you could be right - the number doesn't belong to scammers. But scammers are certainly spoofing it.

Based on "PAUL's" *cough* command of the English language I highly doubt he'd even know how to tell them anything. Way too much illiteracy in "PAULie". But I wouldn't doubt that he'd at least try to teach them to follow his example...
