With two or three calls every day from this number, I know it is some caller who is seeking "donations" from the public. This money allegedly is to support police work, but that's what we pay with our local community taxes. At best, these calls try to play on your patriotism, etc., but no one can say where the money actually goes or how it's spent. In short, the call has all the hallmarks of a nonsense money-grab similar to a host of other charities, fake or semi-fake.
