937-203-2819 called my home at 7:14 this morning. They hung up when I answered. What's the point in that?

Called my cell phone back to back calls 6 mins apart.
it's illegal in my state to place soliciting phone calls to a cell phone without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has gotten that from me because I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses. Reporting illegal action.

called and said they wanted me to call a different number so that company can serve me legal documents. I am easy to find, and any bill collector or legitimate person can find me with no problem whatsoever. I hung up.

this number left me a message stating "we have receive a complaint about you and need to serve you documents at your residence or place of business" then proceeded to give me an 866 number to call. Never left a company name. Annoying!
