The number looks bogus, and my online call-blocking service blocked the number after only one ring (without my having to report the number). So you can bet the number is some unwanted caller, and you should block it. The Caller ID says only "NAME NOT FOUND."

Just received a second call from this number today.  Also received many calls this month from 440-117-0000.

The number is spoofed.  "Name Not Found" clearly indicates that they don't want you to know who they are.  This is not a legitimate caller.  Beware!
