Calling my number every two hours IS harassment.  Make no mistake about it.  Their number has been blocked.  They can leave no message either.  But, my phone service makes a record of every attempt to contact.  The first call today came in at 11am  followed by 1pm  followed by 3 pm and so far 5pm.  Again, it's called harassment.  Thank goodness for my phone service blocking or I'd be in jail tonight after choking some telemarketer / survey person to death.
