Where do you people get your information from? This is one of those "payday loan" outfits offering to lend you money. If you answer the call instead of letting it go to voicemail it allows you to press 9 to refuse the loan and get removed from their phone list. If you just let it go to voicemail, they'll just keep on calling.

No, actually the best defense is just block the call. Answering the call only opens the door to more calls.  Do not answer!
