new number for me ... ID is "CHIRENO  TX"  (I looked it up, there is such a town, but it's tiny, and there is no one there that I know!) ... my guess is they want some money for something (themselves, I guess) ... and most likely they qualify as another SCAM ... this is my 994th such call this year (2016) ... whew !! ... it's "fizzlly and motionally" exhausting !!!!
