Caller left message telling me to have an attorney for my call.  Have no idea who, or what they want.

This individual called my number 16 times calling me a crimknal and telling me I'm just as ugly as my name. Why in the hell are ppl allowed to make calls like this.

The lady name Nancy claimed to be filing felony theft by check charge and larceny charges for a pay day loan. Here's the kicker, my lender never sold my loan to anyone!!! She got aggressive when I asked for a copy of the affidavits and charges against me. She kept saying my attorney can file a motion to request the affidavits. By law affidavits are a matter of public record and if my name is on it I have a right to it. I also informed the police department who said do not worry because they can file charges for a pay day loan because we don't have debt prisons.
