Got a message sayings ideas sued for tax fraud

It seems I as well have gotten a call with the same message and person.

I got a call with automated message to call or I would go to jail.  I called back and the number was disconected.  Since I am already dealing with an identity theft I called the IRS since it scared me because i have another weeke to send information.  They said it was a scam and nothing documented on their end

Same story as all the rest - a recorded message including a threat that Treasury was suing me for tax fraud.  Call Judy Smith back to avoid arrest.

They were a bunch of men who had no professional marketing skills. They couldn't speak English very well and were fluttered and frustrated by my questions. They hung up on me and then called me back immediately. When I calmly asked to have my name and number removed from their list they swore at me and hung up.
