Law Offices of Mitchell D. Bluhm & Associates. A shady debt collector that goes after old/obsolete medical bills. They have used several numbers. They don't identify themselves on caller ID,nor do they leave any messages. CID only says Gila Bend AZ  and the phone number.

This number and 928 683-4669 have called me about once a month since October and claim to be debt collectors but I talked to a woman there who was spoke good English and yet was vague in her pronunciation of who she worked for. Meallymouthed I thought. I explained we went through it all last year and I'm sure we don't owe anything but they say I do. I said goodbye and hung up and I just hang up ever since.
