Got one today from this number.

He had a bad connection, a thick accent, and claimed to be from Pakistan.  He wanted me to provide him a job in the USA and to sponsor him.  He said he is a salesman but can do any work. I asked how he got my number and I think he said it was a wrong number. I asked him to call our HR department, and tried to give him the number, but he requested I call him back on his cell at the number on my display - he did not actually say the number.  I don't hire salesmen, and I did not call back.

Reverse lookup says the number is in Lafayette, CA

Received call late at night (around 9:30pm)with background noise but no one speaking.
