IRS Scammer

Obviously a scam. Here's the voicemail I got from this nusmber:

Hi this message is intended to contact you. My name is Alex Ferguson and I'm calling regarding an enforcement actions executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an additional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or the grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is ###-###-####. I repeat ###-###-####. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thanks.

Exact same thing here - Thick accent - they left a voicemail talking about a grand jury for a  federal criminal offense.    Finished with " I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thanks." just like the note above.

exact same message.  I called back and they answered the phone "US Department of Treasury" and I said this is the US Department of Treasury they said yes.  I then asked how would I know that and they hung up.

I knew it was a scam as I've gotten one of these calls last month. I tried to talk but it was a repeating message. I called back and they answered saying they were the US treasury dept. I told him (in the same stupid foreign voice that he has) " I received your message and I want to meet with a grand jury". He said "are you sure" and I said "no, if you like you can fly me overseas to meet with a magistrate". He paused and hung up.
