Called - no message left.

Sounded like he was unsure or it was a voice response system.
Started with "I am Jim with Green Energy, and I understand you're the home owner"....
Then said "I understand, have a nice day"

Received call from this number but line was silent. Used Caller ID to look up number and call back. Received a recorded message that this number is "disconnected or no longer in use".
