Another phone number I am receiving calls from at least one to two times a week.  Never leaves a message and I don't answer.  What is up with these calls?

I am getting several phone calls every day from this phone number , and they never leave a message.
How can I stop or block them from calling me?

The company calling me is a follow up marketer for the Midwest Center for Anxiety. I finally spoke to them this morning so I don't feel so bad. I asked them to take me off of their list and I hope that they do so. I must have called them off of their TV infomercial and their computer system has been following up with me to see when I am home. They are a national program and the phone system is being routed from my local area (925-524-3993). Their main number is 800-213-7277. Their main headquarters are 23586 Calabasas Rd. I told these people over two months ago to put me on their do not call list. I am still getting calls from them at least twice a week. This morning I was woken up to them calling me, and they have been calling me every TEN minutes all morning. This is extremely irritating. They cause anxiety more than they help with it.
