area code 925 is an area code that covers the inland portions of the East Bay counties of Alameda and Contra Costa in central California.

It was originally part of the 415 area code, one of the first three area codes created in California in 1947, which originally covered all of central California. In 1991 the 510 area code was created to encompass most of the Oakland Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The 925 area code was created March 14, 1998 when the 510 area code was itself split along the natural border of the East Bay Hills. The number was formed by taking 415 and adding 510 which equals 925. It currently includes most of Contra Costa County and the eastern portion of Alameda County and is wholly contained within the Oakland MSA.

Called twice.  Left a message the second time tough.  It was a female Indian voice trying to pitch something, but I couldn't understand.  She was looking for our CEO by name.  I will not be returnin the phone call since I couldn't understand the message.

After checking the call log there were actually 4 calls from 1:59 - 2:02 pm...

telemarketer, offshore Indian firm I'm guessing by the quality of the call and Eng used in a voicemail...

simply added them to my Concierger listing...they'll never get thru again!
