left msg that i should call United at 888-324-0701 before she came to give me 'charges'....when she called several days ago, she called from (254)221-1097 and gave her name as Rachel....She would not say what company United was calling for...in looking them up on the internet, they show to be a collections firm...I am in bankruptcy so not sure what they think they can do.
