There have been a  barrage of phone calls from Brentwood, CA with the same first 5 numbers, 390-00,  the last two numbers are different in each subsequent calls. For instances, 390-0042, 390-0061, 390-0058, 390-0052, 390-0057, just to name a few.  Each call is dead air and then about 25 seconds later they hang up.
