Blocked but still calling.  Where the hell is the worthless gubmit FCC???

Blocked but still calls every dam morning.  At least it's only one ring then blocked.

I get like 4 or 5 calls from here every day. They get blocked but when I look at my blocked calls history it is like 75% this number. I need to get an auto dialer and have it just call them every two hours. Revenge!
